I don't go into all the different settings I've tried, but I'm not really seeing what I think I should be seeing when I'm told that the V is much improved. you realize the first element is reverse painted black on its perimeter... if they designed the lens to use all the light hitting the front of the lens it would be like 1.4, obviously the would require a lens redesign but would lave little to no effect on the cameras size, These are just soap pics. Having it flip out on vertical use would be nice but, certainly not required. Also on par with the X-T3 is the level of autofocus customization in terms of AF-C custom settings. I owned the original x100 and the x100f and never had dust issues in the deserts of arizona and mexico. As we continue to test Nikon's update of its multimedia full-framer, we've added more of our findings so far on image quality, dynamic range and video quality. The fixed-lens market seems to be devoid of all cameras that go wider than 24mm equiv. There are a lot of photo/video cameras that have found a role as B-cameras on professional productions or A-camera for amateur and independent productions. My first digital camera was a Nikon Coolpix 8400 and it was a very nice size with a surprisingly usable grip. With an autofocus system borrowed from the X-Pro3 (including even the most granular custom AF settings), the X100V is the best-autofocusing X100-series camera yet. Autofocus and Speed in general As is ever the case with a new version of this camera, it has been given a significant speed bump. It maybe that the leaf shutter would not be possible though. But we do find that face and eye detection can be helpful for portraits of individuals or couples to ensure precise focus at wide apertures, and is even usable with AF-C (another first for the series). I have bodies with IBS and without, I hardly ever use IBS unless I am shooting handheld at night which is very rare. The IQ is really good and it is my go to for low light. The really great pancake lenses across several current mirrorless systems (noting that there's usually only 1 or 2 per) seem to have their focal length linked in some way to the flange distance of the mount (and the format size).
